How can I return a product?

• Send us an email, stating why you would like to return the product, include order number and date of purchase.

• All items must be in their original condition without any defect.

• Please note,Customers are responsible for all shipping costs or custom charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order via a tracked shipping method method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

How long will it take to process my return?

• Returns are processed within 5 business days upon receiving the product sent back by the customer. You have the option to exchange the item before the products arrive back to us.

• If you prefer a refund, Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your money via the original form of payment.
