    Hats Your hat would arrive in a high quality satin bag. Sunglasses Your sunglasses will arrive in a rectangular magnetic box, with sunglasses placed in pouch.
  • How can I change my order once it’s been placed?
    If you change your mind after your original order placement, please email us an email at info@theelevatebrand.net with the subject, ORDER CHANGE. We will attend to it as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible when the order is already dispatched.
  • What happens if I don’t receive an order confirmation?

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes - we ship worldwide. However please allow for additional delivery time due to the delays from the COVID-19 situation.
